From the press conferences being held by local Governors and by the President, it appears that these next few weeks will be very critical with regard to this pandemic. Some of the figures projected for infections and fatalities are truly astounding and quite sobering, evening frightening. Naturally, we hope and pray that things won’t be as bad as we are afraid they might be.

Please keep everyone involved in your prayers. Say a special prayer for all of those involved in the healthcare professions. There are many in our parish. They are all very brave and doing humanity a great service. Many are worried for themselves and for their own families. If you know someone who is a healthcare worker, you might send them a word of encouragement and gratitude.

Please keep an eye out for neighbors who might be in some sort of need, particularly the elderly. If you are not sure what to do, don’t be afraid to reach out and ask others, including your parish. You can email or call Fr. Keene ([email protected], 859.431.1802 ext. 344) or anyone on the parish staff.

You are remembered in our prayers and the private Masses that we are saying. Please pray for us.

In Christ,
Father Mark Keene, Pastor & All of the Parish Staff
